  Message from the President

  At Northern Burlington Soccer Club, we are committed to building a culture of excellence through soccer — one that emphasizes teamwork, respect, and personal growth. Since becoming President in 2019, I’ve worked closely with our coaches, families, and volunteers to transform our vision into action.

  When I started, our club was home to just seven travel teams and one licensed coach. Today, we proudly support:

  • 9 Premier teams

  • 7 Boys Travel teams

  • 2 Girls Travel teams

  This evolution reflects a major shift toward competitive development and higher standards across all levels of our program. The Premier pathway — which I introduced to Northern Burlington — now serves as the foundation of our identity, offering players a structured, high-level environment grounded in a clear Style of Play that emphasizes creativity, possession, and pressing.

  Just as importantly, we’ve prioritized coach education. Our club now boasts:

  • 6 D License coaches

  • 4 C License coaches

  • And I’m currently pursuing my U.S. Soccer B License, while also working toward a Master’s Degree in Soccer Coaching at Ohio University, one of the most respected programs in the country.

  In addition to elevating the coaching staff, we’ve invested in digital tools to enhance communication, streamline registration, and manage club operations — including the development of a custom website and mobile application that keeps everyone informed and connected.

  What makes our club special is the people behind it — our volunteers, our families, and our coaches. Their commitment fuels everything we do. If you have skills in coaching, field work, technology, content creation, or simply a passion for helping youth succeed, there’s a place for you at NBSC.
